Program Outcomes

The Work Force Youth Program model has evolved through the years, but our steadfast commitment to delivering quality outcomes remains unchanged. Since 1984, our innovative approach to youth development has achieved a remarkable record of success, as can be seen in the outcomes chart below. Our goal is that over 90% of our graduates matriculate in a post-secondary program and that ultimately 75% graduate within 5-years or less. We also know that just getting your post-secondary credential is not enough, we want to ensure that at least 60% of those who receive a post-secondary degree are employed in a meaningful career or graduate school within six-months of .

For our Middle School program, one of the short-term outcomes is the results from our annual Survey of Academic Youth Outcomes (SAYO) can be downloaded here. The SAYO provides a snapshot of how participant outcomes are impacted by the program as reported by staff, teachers, and youth themselves.
