Jeremy Duval - Class of 2019
A lifelong Cambridge native, Jeremy Duval has worked hard to get where he is going. He has been a Work Force member since 2014 and has grown tremendously by taking part in various exploratory jobs and working with the same tutor for 4 years. Jeremy worked hard to be the best student, son, friend and role model he could be during his time at Work Force. Jeremy is now a TORCH Scholar at Northeastern University, majoring in Finance, and says about the Work Force

Nellisha Leonce - Class of 2019
Nellisha is a force to be reckoned with. She is super active in many extra-curricular opportunities; Nellisha participated in Volleyball, Black Student Union, boxing, and maintained leadership roles as the captain of the step-team, peer leader at her church, all in addition to participating successfully in The Work Force Program since 8th grade. Academically, Nellisha continuously took challenging classes, and always received wonderful grades. Nellisha graduated CRLS Class of 2019 as a Super Senior. As a young lady seeking to help others, Nellisha has demonstrated these skills in many ways. Nellisha is often the one who supports and challenges herself and her peers to be their best. She helps to coordinate study groups, and meets with her own teachers regularly to stay on top of her academics. Her determination and passion for her destined next steps in her future has landed Nellisha at Howard University in Washington DC. This opportunity will provide a place for Nellisha to strive and use all of her learning to continue to showcase her leadership and commitment to her academic and social opportunities.
Gregory Osias - class of 2005
Gregory Osias graduated Work Force and Cambridge Rindge and Latin high school in 2005. He then went on to receive his bachelors from Morgan State in 2009 and his MBA from Suffolk University in 2019. He is currently Talent Acquisition Manager for AAA Northern California where he lives with his wife. In this short video, Greg talks about how public housing and the Work Force program helped him and his brother see the potential that their lives hold through their exposure to a variety of opportunities. Greg is not an exception to the rule, there are many Work Force alumni who have broken free from the cycle of poverty because they had access to opportunities that Work Force provides.
